Wplay.co Signs for Quickfire; Strategic Deal Sees Quickfire Enter Colombian Market

MicrogamingISLE OF MAN – Colombian-licensee Wplay.co has signed a deal for Quickfire, powered by Microgaming.

In 2016, Colombia introduced new online gambling regulations. Subsequently, the gaming regulator, Coljuegos, awarded the first online gaming license to Aquila Global Group in 2017. The Medellin-based company will operate in the Colombian market under the Wplay.co brand, with the goal of signing up 1 million customers in the next three years.

Intent on providing the very best content to their Colombian players, Wplay.co will be taking a range of Microgaming’s award-winning games live through the Quickfire platform, including roulette and slots. Wplay.co believe Microgaming create the most popular and entertaining games, with the most impressive content loading times.

Although Wplay.co is established to work in the Colombian market, its aspirations for the future are to reach different countries around the world.

Microgaming in Bingo Software Deal with Marathonbet

MicrogamingISLE OF MAN – Microgaming has signed an agreement to be the exclusive software supplier of Bingo to Marathonbet.

Marathonbet’s loyal customers will now be able to enjoy an extensive Bingo offering – marking another big expansion of its online gaming collection.

IDNPLAY Raises Macau’s Poker Stakes

IDNPLAYMacau’s biggest annual gaming industry event, G2E Asia, was held at the Venetian Macao from 16 to 18 May 2017 and among the highlights of the exhibition and conference was a special charity poker tournament hosted by IDNPLAY.

Held at the Venetian’s Poker King Club, the tournament saw around 120 players compete for a handful of major prizes including a special edition IDNPLAY customized Rolex Submariner, a Tag Heuer Connected and a Macbook Air for the top three finishers. An Apple iPad was also given away to those who finished 4th to 10th.

The charity poker tournament raised HK$57,000 which was donated to its beneficiary, the local charity Lar de Nossa Senhora de Penha.

In conjunction with Oriental Game, IDNPLAY’s guests were later treated to a “Work Hard, Play Hard” party to show appreciation to their business partners for their loyalty and support throughout the years. The party was led by DJ Leng Yein and DJ Yasmin and was attended by more than 400 people.

IDNPLAY is an online platform provider whose flagship product, IDNPoker, debuted in 2nd spot in multiplayer poker network rankings worldwide – another indication of Asia’s growing love of poker. IDNPoker also features industry staple games such as blackjack and Asian games like domino and Capsa.
